Responsible for ensuring the business profitability by applying competitive strategies to gain market share while achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability.
Assessing data from different sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
Schedule review of airline commissions and making changes to displayed fares.
Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
Forecasting revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new market segments.
Developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
Collaborating with marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
Procurement of top routes fares, Student fares and Local routes fares for marketing push
Developing and maintaining relationship with all airlines for fruitful mutual business relationship
Reviewing large amounts of data across multiple platforms and sources to determine operational impacts and needed actions
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
Advanced use of the GDS.
Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools.
Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills – demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
