We are on the lookout for a well-experienced Parts Advisor on behalf of our client for their Dubai based operations. An ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Luxury Automotive spare parts trade.
Main Responsibilities
Guide customers on spare parts requirements and assist with their purchasing decisions
Upselling of related spare parts
Receiving and uploading new stock deliveries, sorting and storing vehicle parts and materials
Dealing with requests for parts and materials from the workshops or customers
Providing quotations for customers
Raising invoices and replenishing stocks as and when required
Handle warranty claims processing and oversee administration
Handle payment collection
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a Luxury Automotive Spare Parts Trade sector
Must have a good command of the English language (written and verbal)
A diploma in Automobile Engineering or Graduate in any discipline is essential
