Grow – Drive restaurant revenue and value on platforms i.e. Deliveroo, Talabat and Careem etc. through deepening our partnerships with them, leveraging our cuisines product adoption.
Connect – Engage directly and through your team with online platforms and understand which platforms are key for us to unlock. Staying informed on platforms offering trends and marketing campaigns is key to success in this role.
Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Branding, Finance and analytics teams to improve the Restaurant’s performance and achieve revenue targets on the online platforms.
Strategize – Work with senior leadership across the Branding and Ops to devise and execute the overall strategy for retaining and growing our brands.
Analyze & Experiment – Analyze the key metrics of our brands performance to understand the drivers of growth and expansion.
Develop standard work methods and frameworks for the management of key brands in the most effective way and look to expand the volume and profitability of accounts.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative).
Develop long-term relationships with key platform partners.
Managing and maintaining multiple brands’ online menus and updating them.
Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
