Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and hospitality business.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and standards
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
Continuously assess and improve the quality of products and services offered by the hotel and hospitality business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel and hospitality operations management
Proven track record of achieving operational targets and goals
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as hotel management systems and financial software
