Operations And Events Executive Full Time

About the job
We are searching for a driven and highly organised Operations and Events Executive with a can-do attitude to support with influencer events planning and seeding campaigns in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Requirements:

4-years minimum experience in events and operations role
Able to travel to Saudi Arabia
Fluent in Arabic
Willing to work weekends or evenings when needed
Problem solver
Strong team player
Tech savvy
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Hardworking and reliable
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Proactive with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Support implementing event plans and concepts for Saudi Arabia and the UAE market;
Prepare budget;
Liaise and negotiate with vendors;
Handle logistics and travel arrangements;
Support organizing events in Saudi Arabia and the UAE;
Obtain event permits;
Assist in gifting campaigns/product deliveries to influencers;
Liaise with influencers and collect contact details;
Production of presentations, reports and other material required;
Monitor influencer campaign coverage on social media.
