We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at IIQAF. This role requires an individual with a background in business operations and support, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of the IT industry. This position requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and process customer orders as needed.
Manage the calendar of activities including setting up appointments and scheduling meetings.
Manage the purchase of services, products, and/or supplies for the company.
Maintain existing contracts and coordinate with vendors to negotiate new contracts.
Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as required.
Assist with other operations such as shipping and receiving of products.
Prepare and process various documents such as invoices and reports.
Identify process improvements to help increase efficiency of the operation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Administrator or similar position.
Excellent customer service skills.
Understanding of the IT industry.
Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
