Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Coordinate and oversee office procedures and policies.
Serve as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating communication.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, both digital and physical.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
HR Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain personnel records and assist with HR-related tasks.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Fluency in document flow management, familiarity with matters related to a company in Dubai.
