Our client, a legal business consultant, is looking to add to their team, the position of Office Administrator / PRO for their Dubai based operations. A successful applicant will be well-experienced in Government Affairs (UAE Immigration, Residence and Business Work Permits).
Main Responsibilities To Include
Coordinating, liaising and visiting Government Authorities for all government-related tasks such as Employment Permits, Business Licenses etc.
Provide advise to internal stakeholders of the business and employees on all visa formalities and all other government-related procedures
Maintenance of up-to-date files/records for all services
Oversee administrative tasks related to legalities of the business, company formation and business set-up
Assisting the CEOs calendar as and when necessary on ad hoc basis
Timely renewal of company registrations (Trade License, Immigration Card, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Administration or equivalent is essential
2-3 years of UAE work experience in a similar role
Must have an excellent command of the English language
