Technology Network Engineer, Application Support

Your role
Installing, Configuring and Supporting network equipment including Routers, Switches, Wireless Devices. Work experience with LAN/WAN Routing & switching.
Work experience on protocols/Areas such as OSPF, BGP, Cisco IOS, ACLs, RSTP, HSRP, Nexus Switching, 802.1x, SNMP, IPSEC.
Support experience in managing enterprise wireless network hardware.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Good Troubleshooting skills in Network operations.
Raising tickets with service providers for Link down issues and follow up for RFO.
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents.
Extending support for Occasional Network maintenance related activities.
Required
IT experience in Networking at L2/L3 levels.
Ability to decipher requirements and solutioning at network layer.
Ability to work with various network suppliers and troubleshoot problems and resolve.
Good understanding of Data Center Network Infrastructure. Operational enhancement, documentation & Life cycle management.
Good to have skills:
Cisco DNAC
Cisco ISE
