As Motorola Sr Sales Manager – Operators MEA, reporting to the General Manager, MBG MEA you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate sales/revenue, improve profitability and grow Motorola Operator Business by handling the assigned strategic partners, as part of a high-performance team, the leader in innovations and relevant brand as Motorola (Mobile Business Group from Lenovo).
Your Responsibilities:

In this role you will:
Prepare, build & implement yearly/quarterly business cases and strategies for the assigned key accounts and channels
Create and execute the marketing initiatives and sales programs to increase market share and inhouse shares with the partners by working closely with the marketing teams
Lead the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analysing the channel accounts and products
Manage the Sell In process with each partner via the appointed distributor or directly
Support the Sell Out process to achieve the partner KPI
Manage inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations
Coordinate internal and external resources to align key stakeholders, product strategy and business strategy with the strategy of the assigned accounts
Develop, implement and refine new initiatives with the partners to achieve better visibility in the various channels.
You will improve and nurture the relationship with Lenovo sales structure in order to maximize the impact on Customers (End users and Partners)
You will do a periodic analysis of Pipeline and Opportunities with the EMEA Operator Sales Leader
You will do a periodic analysis of sell-in performance vs. forecast/quarterly plan with the EMEA Operator Business Sales Leader
You will identify & implement initiatives to maximize mix, margin and overall product contribution to the portfolio & business
You will ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products; co-owner (with Sales) for the country’s forecast
You will collaborate with the Product team to identify the future needs of end-users
Position Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of product and/or business management experience
Strong & demonstrable commercial/customer understanding; extremely commercially astute
Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
Experience with technology products, ideally from Phone industry
Strong influencer: able to convince a sales team
Confident presenter: able to present ideas/strategies/products in a clear, concise, and convincing manner
Good networking skills; facility in communicating across the company matrix
Experience with customers/channel partners confident to present & engage with
Good analytical approach: be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research
Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls
