We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a leading hospitality company based in Dubai.
What will you do?
Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the hospitality industry
Knowledge of PR and managing influencers
Experience in acquisition, analytics, and content creation for the hospitality sector
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Creating and maintaining client relationships
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
