Be the fine fragrance marketing expert for GCC (with a strong focus on KSA) and India.
Be the Point of Contact for Marketing related discussions with clients and internal partners; Contribute to building the sales team’s knowledge of customers and markets to target opportunities.
Communication support: clients launching event / shooting / ITWs; Event coordination: exhibitions, corporate events
Consolidate regional information to develop/update the category plan with a clear vision & develop and manage marketing strategies for main clients based in the region.
Ensure alignment with global and regional strategy, communicate with & Influence Commercial team on strategic issues; Lead updates and upgrades of country marketing tools and ensure they are aligned within the global marketing tools.
Identify new market opportunities using CI studies and other marketing tools, translating them into differentiating perfume solutions; Implement those solutions with commercial team and clients via presentations and face to face meetings.
Support the regional and global marketing team by sharing information, best practices and inspiring the network; Build effective partnerships with headquarter team, development, sales, perfumers, technical team.
Bachelors Degree in marketing
5 years experience in Marketing in FMCG, Luxury and Perfume industry
English and Arabic: fluent. French is a plus.
Willing to travel; Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment; Creative and innovative mind
Excellent teamwork and good in building solid relationship with client; Strategic thinking capabilities; strong business development skill set; Good commercial understanding
Excellent communication and presentation skills; Excellent command of PowerPoint, Canva
