Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize all digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
Analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, incorporating best practices into strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience with at least 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media trends, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in Retail Furniture or Interior Design is a plus.
