Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Entry and Operations Specialist to oversee the market entry and setup processes for gas and power markets and exchanges in Continental European. As an expert in energy markets, you will navigate the complexities of market entry requirements and coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure our ability to trade and conduct business in our current and new markets. This is a remote position with a contract duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of new markets and exchanges Europe to drive our commercial growth.
Analyse registration and external reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with market access obligations, and actively maintain and manage our existing markets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in both new and established markets, monitoring their progress, and maintaining proactive communication with the team and stakeholders.
Ensure thorough process documentation and maintenance throughout the implementation phases, providing relevant information to stakeholders post-implementation, and actively identifying and optimizing processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in market entry and operations in the gas and power industry.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and market structures in Europe.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in project management or supporting implementation projects, as well as developing business cases for new commercial
