Role Summary
The Total Rewards Manager – Egypt is responsible for supporting all aspects of total rewards, focusing on markets we operate in and annual cycles responsible for
The role will lead the implementation & development of the analytics & reporting function within Total Rewards while working on multiple rewards activities while owning the annual compensation cycle.
Assist with the bonus and incentive plans, and alongside implement new reward systems where necessary.
This individual will be responsible for every sort of Rewards related analysis using confidential information within People Operations which will cover Compensation design & costing, benefit costing, dashboards to show compensation gap/effectiveness through internal and external analysis, track fair pay and D&I in Talabat
Whats On Your Plate?
Working with the People – Rewards team on a variety of projects., while leading assigned projects.
Leading assigned projects from end to end while collaborating and working with other functions where required
Provides analysis, research & run various simulations to support the execution of total rewards projects & processes while implement solutions that align with business direction
Lead the planning, design and execution of Year-end salary review process,
Assist in bonus and incentive plan analysis & design
While overlook the bonus payout model with other functions to define SOP’s and SLA’s & review processes for governance
Comp analytics & Salary Structure design: Develop benchmarking exercises to provide the best recommendations in terms of salary positioning: internal equity, external bench, salary progression and skills-pay premiums for base, bonus, sales incentives and LTI.
Play active role in supporting the design of market competitive total rewards programs, policies and processes
Analyse market trends and areas of improvement for Benefits and define modelling solutions
Supporting the Reward team with the development and implementation of any new systems or processes that need to be implemented
Provide ad-hoc compensation related reporting and support
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, the Payroll team, the Finance team, and maintain strong and supportive relationships in all departments in order to offer and receive assistance where necessary.
Rewards Partner to the business: Serve as key expert and key point of contact for all total rewards matters for assigned countries /function
People Management: Managing a team of 1-2 rewards specialists (Based on team set up and requirements)
What Did We Order?
Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting
Experience in Compensation & Benefits design and/or HR Analytics
Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence with a data-driven approach.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google sheets, Tableau, Power BI etc (Is a plus)
Independent, data driven, a self-starter and a natural ability to lead & collaborate with project team
Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and must be able to collect and work with various data sources for Rewards related projects.
