About The Role
Develop & deliver reporting and analytical capability within the HR function to enable decision making and insight to the business by connecting HR metrics to business strategy delivery. The People Analytics Manager will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with HR colleagues to define and understand strategic objectives and develop meaningful and actionable metrics to help drive decisions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the various departments in HR to provide the data, analysis and insights required to deliver on strategic objectives.
Enable decision making by the HR leadership team to be based on data and strong analysis.
Prepare and deliver high quality reports/statistical analysis for presentations and other material on behalf of the HR function.
Deliver and evolve integrated reporting to the business utilizing all available data sources (Internal & External).
Manage and co-ordinate all reporting such as weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
Analyze data and statistics to identify trends and patterns and prepare results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Contribute to change management efforts by training the HR team on how to use and interpret the existing reports and dashboards already available.
Coach HR Leaders on how to interpret patterns revealed by the data, to generate engagement and a positive working environment.
Act as a guardian of HR data integrity, you will advocate for accuracy and consistency of data by performing audits and then coordinating the necessary remediation actions to troubleshoot irregularities and address root causes of poor data quality.
Manage the HR reporting landscape and participate in the creation of new reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with the HR leadership team to identify and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics that you will keep up to date.
Work with the HRIS Manager to develop the reporting functionality in SAP.
About You
3-5 years experience in a similar role
International experience preferred
Outgoing, confident, positive attitude, flexible and able to work well under pressure
Strong experience of working with and deploying HR data in MS Excel & Power BI
Production of bespoke reporting and accurate narrative
