STS Aviation Services is hiring Logistics Operatives in Al Twar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We currently have vacancies to join our team in Dubai working for STS Aviation Services on a programme for a premium flag carrier on an exciting aircraft upgrade project.

Reporting to the Logistics Lead, this role requires the successful candidate to:
Ensure all material and equipment are received in the correct manner, in accordance with the relevant procedures laid out.
Ensure correct storage, tagging and calibration of tooling and equipment.
Control issuing and storage of Tools & equipment including airside equipment.
Maintain minimum stock levels of Tool stores and Material stores areas in accordance with supplier delivery times.
Ensure compliance of all associated Health & Safety procedures (Safe working) (Materials Storage).
Provide logistics support to manage urgent and high priority requirements and to assist the Logistics Lead in other functions if required.
Maintain inventory database.
Skills and Experience:
Proven working experience within a logistics Environment.
Proficient in standard logistics software, Ultramain would be advantageous.
Experience within a Logistics Aviation environment.
Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint).
Flexible and enthusiastic approach and a willingness to learn.
