Book all cost in Navision ERP system
Payment to our creditors
Manage debtors and payables
Book all cash and do a daily bank reconciliation
Month end stock reconciliation
VAT management together with external support
Managing accruals and prepayments
Hold relationship to external stakeholders
Manage the packing and shipping instruction.
Create the sales and purchase confirmations.
Book freight in relationship with our freight forwarders
Checking the production details
Check shipping documents as BL, Packing List, Certificate of origin and Health certificate.
Shipping advises and original documents to our customers.
Tracking shipment on raw materials
Tracking and reviewing the freight rates on a regular basis
Invoice our customers.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
Long standing knowledge of administrative work in logistic and accounting.
Logistic experience is more important.
Knowledge of ambient food products is preferable (not a must)
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Dynamic and self-driven with a proactive attitude
Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Good organizational skills, time management and ability to priorities workloads.
Min. 6 years in administrative support
Worked independently with clear responsibilities.
Knowledge about international import is an advantage (not a must)
