Position Overview
Key Account Manager will be an important member of building the marketplace playing a critical role in bringing new sellers on to the platform. They data to identify opportunities to help existing sellers succeed in the marketplace and provide competitive knowledge towards the generation of leads to recruit new sellers. They will work with a wide range of internal stakeholders to support the consolidation of existing and development of new services.
This role reports directly to Head of Sales
Responsibilities
Ability to create, own and accelerate the pipeline, owning the customer relationship end-to-end.
Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities
Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
Generate interest and provide vision of Tradeling solutions to potential customers
Achieve monthly sales lead qualification goals
Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions
Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth
Work closely with Category teams to identify category specific growth opportunities
Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams
Managing key accounts and being the point of contact and voice of Tradleing.com
Requirements And Qualifications
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 yearsÂ’ experience in sales or demand generation within the technology sector
Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales
Target driven and results orientated
Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and result oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
College/University Degree or equivalent experience
