As we continue to grow globally, we are seeking a highly-skilled Accountant to join our team in Turkey.
About the role:
We are looking for an a temporary Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Turkish Taxation, knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, and experience in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for essential day-to-day accounting tasks such as Invoicing, Expense recording & verification, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of VAT laws is a plus.
