Managing the IT Network Team Lead:
You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team leaders of different divisions within the IT dept, including the Retail Team, Project Team and the Technicians Team
Technical Support Management:
You will be the point of contact for resolving technical issues and queries from European, Indians and Local UAE resident clients ensuring that their requirements are addressed promptly and efficiently based on our service given.
You will provide expert guidance and support to the team leaders and technicians in managing various hardware systems such as Aruba, Dlink,Tp-link,Fortigate and Ubiquity devices, ensuring optimal performance and smooth operations.
Installations & Configurations:
You will be responsible for overseeing the installation and configuration of networking infrastructure, VPN, IPBX, and other related systems.
Team Training and Development:
As the IT Network Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organizing training sessions and workshops for the IT Team, keeping them updated with the latest technological advancements and best practices.
You will be accountable for maintaining and enhancing network security measures to safeguard the companys data and system from potential threats.
Network Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitoring the network
You will be responsible working as a Network Manager lead for identifying our clients issues remotely based on their requirement.
You should be flexible in managing time both on field and on office for our Clients, Team
You will be responsible to visit client locations to give them end to end solution making sure that client s satisfied for this requirement and technical issues with our service given by Team.
Managing Retail Scheduling Team:
You will be responsible to be backbone for our Retail scheduling team making sure on their absence to fulfilling their work such as attending office calls, Managing our online Ticketing tools guiding them promptly for clients query if ask by them.
