The Role
This role is responsible for managing the relationship between IT and specified divisions within the Savills business. The individual should consult the business and collaborate to write an IT business strategy for their divisions, assist in directing the business on new initiatives, consult with other IT Business Partners within the EMEA business and have an overview of the IT implemented throughout the wider group.
The primary location for the role will be the Dubai office (Arenco Tower, Media City) however travel to other MENA Savills offices will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Act as liaison between IT and MENA business divisions
Attend the EMEA IT Management meetings and update on current IT initiatives from the ME perspective
Be part of the IT project process
Achieve divisional business goals by prioritising technology initiatives
Co-ordinate the deployment and management of current and future technologies
Liaise with the business to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports business needs
Remain up to date in industry trends and emerging technologies
Liaise with department heads and end users as primary liaison for the companys technology vision
Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives
Define requirements for new implementations and communicate them to the business
Manage relationships with third party vendors that support the divisions from a business line application perspective
Be instrumental in the digital transformation of the division
Highlight business risk and ensure proper procurement processes are followed in the introduction of new technologies
Understand technologies being used elsewhere in the business and how these can help your division reducing the number of applications in use and driving cost efficiencies through volume
Develop and manage IT budget for MENA regional business, advising on alternative solutions to achieve business goals cost efficiently.

Background knowledge of IT technologies
Knowledge of mobile technologies (Apple and Android)
Microsoft Dynamics experience (beneficial)
ITIL v4 qualified
