Inventory Specialist Full Time

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced inventory specialist to manage our inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with other departments, and implementing inventory policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal levels at all times
Maintain accurate inventory records, including updating inventory counts and conducting regular audits
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure that inventory levels align with the company’s overall business goals
Implement inventory policies and procedures that promote efficient inventory management and minimize losses
Identify and resolve inventory issues, such as stock outs, overstocking, and product obsolescence
Provide training and support to employees involved in the inventory control process
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that inventory is delivered on time and at the right price
Awareness of MOH rules & regulations
Invoices & purchases (VAT Compliance)
Handling Product returns from customers & Goods receipt from Vendor

Requirements
4 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred owned car)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of inventory control principles and procedures
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred
