Internal Audit & QA Manager Full Time

About the job
Independently carry out Internal Audits of various group entities / departments as per IA Plan.
Independently Carry out routine audits on monthly/ quarterly basis as assigned.
Prepare Internal Audit Reports and finalize them after discussion with HOD.
Follow-up for timely closure of open audit findings.
Assist in the preparation of Internal Audit Plan on yearly basis.
Prepare Risk Reports as needed/ or advised by HOD.
Carry out Consultative / Investigative Assignment when assigned by HOD.
Prepare and submit Report for review to HOD.
Determine and document requirements for Quality Management System for group entities and assist them in the documentation of required Policies and Processes
Assist Senior Management in defining, documenting & communicating Quality Policy and Quality Objectives of respective entities.
Coordinate with Management Representatives of various entities within the group companies and identify their role & responsibility with respect to Quality Management System.
Ensure that ISO certified companies gets their ISO certification renewed when needed.
Assist Group Companies in determining the need for ISO
Certification.
Assist in selecting Certification Accreditation Bodies where applicable.
Assist in completion of Surveillance and Re-certification audits for maintaining ISO 9001 Certificate.
Plan and coordinate External Audits with certifying
Authorities.
Assist Group Entities for closing of non-conformances raised during External Audits within the stipulated time.
Plan, execute and document Internal Audits of QMS across the organization and maintain related audit records.
Identify non-conformance and timely follow up for their closure.
Requirements
Candidate should have done Finance and Process Audits (not looking for much of QA experience, knowledge should be fine)
Should have good knowledge in Accounting & Auditing standards
Should have a Lead Auditor ISO 9002:2015 certification (Pursuing/ in process can be fine)
Gender- Any
Should be stable in career and not had too many job hops
Candidate should have UAE experience in recent years (available in UAE for interview)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
