As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the Commercial Organization primarily referring to the Above the Line customers (ATL) and Global Key Accounts (GKAs) and will be responsible for Customer Master Data management, Quotation and specifications management, Handling of Technical Service (TS) bookings and Product and technical advice.
Heres some of the other things you can look forward to:
Price, bonuses, freights and charges lists creation and maintenance in ERP, and communication with the customer, in alignment with the sales team; customer creation and maintenance in ERP and CRM, including delivery addresses management.
Technical, commercial quotations and specifications creation, including update the relevant IT systems and communication to the customer.
Provide technical and product related support for the customers and for the Care organization.
Update and/or sending commercial and technical related documents to the customers (e.g.: Certificates, Product and Safety Data Sheets, Test Report for Paint Systems, guarantees, customer contracts, Long Term Declaration, etc.).
Customer analyses related activities and reports and requests a product outside of the assortment.
Fill and submit the technical complaint related forms and support in the investigation process.
Support with proofreading of diverse technical marketing materials.
FSM orders creation in the CRM based on the instructions received from the sales team, and final booking in the ERP.
Enter HEET to CRM for selected customer on request of sales.
Any of the key tasks to be processed cross-country in case required.
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE).
To succeed in the role the following skills and experience is required:
Well-rounded skills of Microsoft Office package, CRM AX-Dynamics and D365
Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
Flexible, adaptable attitude, self-motivated.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge in paint technology, application and the coating industry business
2-5 years experience in a customer-centric role.
Proficient in English language (both written and oral communication)
