This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of the HR function. The HR intern will work closely with experienced HR professionals, contributing to the overall success of the HR department in the MENA region.
The aim of this internship program is to provide a solid foundation for understanding HR processes and best practices within a dynamic organizational setting.
What are my responsibilities?
Support HR processes and administrative functions
Support the coordination of all initiatives of HRs in the region
Maintain employees digital files
Create library of policies for the region and support the auditing process of policies and regulations
Assist with internal communication
Assist in various HR projects such as employer branding, D&I, onboarding, talent development
Support D&I strategy
Support wellbeing calendar and initiatives
Assist in organizing and facilitating learning activities and HR workshops
Assist on key dashboard data ensuring accuracy and correct reporting of information
