Our client seeks a highly motivated Human Capital Generalist to perform HR support activities related to payroll, compensation & benefits, and recruitment in coordination with the Corporate HC & Administration function and as directed by the CHRO. The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of all GET policies, respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and/or other general HC topics, establish and maintain personnel files, and conduct benefits enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of all GET policies and respond to employee inquiries
Employee relations
Recruitment and onboarding process
Establish and maintain personnel files
Monitor and process documentation required for visas, tickets, and hotel bookings
Calculate employee payroll
Conduct benefits enrollments
Internal and external audit management
Assure compliance with leave policies and local regulations
Support in the recruitment process
Follow up on employee time attendance
Actively support the recruitment process
Coordinate with Regional offices towards all HR requirements
Review and upload employee forms
Employee data analysis and reports
Learning development process and management
Employee life cycle management (onboarding to exit)
ERP system management
Perform other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
Excellent command of written and oral Arabic and English
Proficient in computer and internet skills, especially with HR software and tools
