As a HubSpot Administrator at Deluxe Holiday Homes, you will play a pivotal role in not only enhancing our existing CRM processes but also in implementing innovative business strategies to boost key performance indicators and stimulate company growth. Collaborating closely with the customer support and sales teams, your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing the performance and solution delivery of our CRM system across sales, customer support, and other departments. Our CRM platform of choice is HubSpot.
Master and manage all facets of HubSpot, ensuring its configuration and technical/functional capabilities are leveraged to their fullest.
Serve as the primary account manager, handling new user setups, deactivations, and data management for exiting users.
Integrate Sales, Marketing, and Service Processes within HubSpot CRM.
Assist and augment Marketing’s use of HubSpot, including support with mailing lists and campaign-related process automation.
Design and maintain dashboards, layouts, reports, and automate processes, along with managing Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects Configuration, Security Controls, and Third-party integrations.
Lead system implementation projects encompassing requirements gathering, system configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue resolution.
Conduct detailed training sessions, management presentations, and workshops for sales and customer support teams.
Keep system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures up to date.
Provide ongoing support for the daily operational use of HubSpot, liaising between business users and technology partner

2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot administrator.
Deep understanding of HubSpot, capable of building custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Holding certifications in HubSpot is a plus;
An analytical mindset and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.
Strong ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on CRM applications to end-users.
