Qualifications and Requirements:
5 to 8 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Bilingual skills, preferably fluent in English and Russian.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
Familiarity with HR laws and regulations in the Europe and MENA regions.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Shape HR strategies, aligning them with our business vision.
Innovate SOPs, contributing to a streamlined operational framework.
Navigate UAE HR legalities, ensuring compliance and representation.
Guide talent acquisition, from job description to onboarding.
Elevate the onboarding process, connecting our team to the bigger picture.
Drive performance management, fostering growth and progress.
Oversee the visa process, a crucial element of our international team’s success.
Manage records, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
Cultivate HR reports, maintaining a robust filing system.
Safeguard confidential matters with utmost discretion.
