Location

Support the HR Business Partner, HR Directors and the HR department as a whole with employee relations, administration, talent acquisition and operational requirements while learning and developing hands-on HR experience in a global luxury retail group with high operating standards.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Develop and maintain HR presence and relations with RIC & Fashion employees, including touch base meetings, boutique visits, etc. as needed
Be the point of contact for the day to day employee queries/requests and for the interpretation of HR policy and procedures in the UAE & KSA
Coordinate and follow-up new joiners onboarding processes with the HR Operations Executives for smooth integration and keep the HRBP and line manager updated
Collaborate with Emiratization HRBP on Graduate Trainees onboarding/training requirements
Be the point of contact for all Graduate Trainees and share feedback to HRBPs/HR Managers as needed
HR General Operations
Onboarding:
Ø Create positions on SAP as required for both populations
Ø In co-ordination with the line managers and the HR Operations team, support to ensure the new joiners IT and facility equipment are ready on their joining date
Ø Prepare the onboarding induction plans in collaboration with line managers for new joiners before the official joining date
Ø Prepare organizational announcements for new joiners to be sent out on the joining date
Offboarding:
Ø Support in conducting exit interviews for leavers
Ø Review final settlements as per agreement with employees terms of leaving
Employee Life Cycle:
Ø Prepare and/or validate employee contractual letters relating to promotion, renewals/extensions, title change, salary adjustment, benefit change, etc.
Ø Review the monthly changes with the HR Operations Executive before the monthly payroll validation
Ø Ensure employees that complete their probation are paid their air tickets in a timely manner
Maintain the organizational charts for Richemont MEIA and Fashion Maisons on quarterly basis
Collaborate with HR Operations team and Internal Communications team on HR-related topics such as Chatbot Updates, Insider for HR Ops & Richemont, and more
Prepare announcements on organizational changes/updates as needed
Participate and contribute to the annual Talent Review process and preparing the career committee synthesis
Support in HR, L&D, DE&I projects such as Wow Assignment, Engagement Surveys, Training follow-ups, and more
Ad hoc requests from HR Management
Recruitment
Support in the interviews of below positions across UAE & KSA, and share feedback with the HRBP/Manager:
Ø Sales Associates
Ø Stock Controllers/Assistants
Ø Interns/Trainees
Support in addressing candidate queries when required and flag any concerns to the HRBP/Manager
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure a pipeline of candidates
HRIS Data Checks and Reporting
Make changes on SAP as required by the functions
Cross-check and validate the accuracy of HR data on SAP and support in data quality exercises as needed
Extract various reports and share with management or other departments
