Our client, a high-end restaurant based in Dubai, is actively searching for a skilled HR Executive to manage all aspects of human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment for the employees.
Experience: – 5+ Years of experience into hotel industry and In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is must.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Foster positive employee relations and resolve employee issues in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to address concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and provide support for performance evaluations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Implement development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
Administer employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Masters degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in challenging situations.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
