We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee and manage various HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration, as well as managing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Manage the core HR administrative process for the MEA offices and act as point of contact for all staff requiring HR support and guidance on HR administrative queries.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, coordinate new employee orientation.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Coordinate with Finance team for payroll, create HR related reports and coordinate organization event.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Process company travel requests; advise proactively on relevant Passport and Visa requirements and procedures for destinations.
Procure the best hotel rates for clients and monitor all bookings.
Advise cost-effective solutions across all aspects of travel.
Sound knowledge of operational HR tools, business environment, labor market, government regulations, laws & best practices.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 – 3 years of experience in HR and Administration
Proficient in MS Windows/ Office, HR software
