Position: HR Executive
Location: Dubai Package: AED 5,000 – 6,000
Experience: 4-5 Years of UAE HR Experience Preferred
Special Requirement: Flexibility to Travel Across 4 Offices (Driving Licence Mandatory)
Role Overview: As an HR Executive, you will be at the heart of our clients growth strategy. Your expertise in recruitment, people management, strategic planning, and organizational policies will drive our success. You’ll work closely with their leadership to shape talent acquisition efforts, nurture a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with best HR practices.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our fashion-forward culture.
Manage and mentor our diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute HR strategies that fuel our business objectives.
Implement and refine organizational policies to ensure compliance, consistency, and a positive work environment.
Drive strategic planning initiatives, anticipating HR needs and positioning us for future success.
Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, championing our values across the organization.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, guiding data-driven decisions.
Ensure smooth cross-office operations by being flexible to travel to our 4 locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
4-5 years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally within the fashion industry.
Key Requirements
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and drive positive change.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE driving license.
