We are seeking a qualified HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR activities and administrative tasks while maintaining proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
Administer employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
Plan and execute training and development programs for staff.
Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
Oversee office administration, including facilities management and maintenance.
Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
Support senior management in various administrative tasks.
Utilize fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with employees, government authorities, and stakeholders.
Translate documents and materials as needed.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using HR and administrative software and tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
