We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at bnbme, a leading vacation rental company. As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build our offline sales book by leveraging your excellent contacts within Corporates, Relocation Companies, Travel Agents and the Dubai Government. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and a strong network within these sectors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive offline sales growth within the corporate, relocation, and government sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries, including Corporates, Relocation companies, and the Dubai Government
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging potential clients and showcasing the value of our vacation rental solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop tailored sales proposals and presentations that meet the unique needs of target sectors
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements
Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, client acquisition, and retention objectives
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress and identifying areas for improvement
Stay informed about competitor activities, market developments, and customer requirements to drive our competitive advantage
Represent BnBme at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and generate leads
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of successful Hotel sales experience, with a focus on corporate, relocation, and government contracts
Strong network and established contacts within the target industries, including Corporates, Relocation companies, and the Dubai Government
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
Familiarity with the hospitality or vacation rental industry is a plus
