Develop dealer/import partners in the region and beyond targeting all global markets.
Hire, train and develop a team of sales/account managers,
Implement a strategy for the short, medium, and long-term goals of the business and market growth.
AREAS OF INVOLVEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seek out dealerships/partners/importers and develop strong relationships with the intention to sell new and used passenger vehicles in various countries Globally.
Identify partners with strong knowledge of imports into various countries in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, CIS countries.
Coordinate between the HQ in Dubai and Import partners to ensure that cars are delivered in a timely fashion.
Develop Strategic sales and marketing strategy, and make sure sales targets are achieved in compliance with the organizational strategy.
Proposes new ideas and tactics that help strengthen the strategy and drive the company forth.
Devises effective ways to market company services to target consumers.
Directs market research and sales activities.
Improve the sales operating procedures in cooperation with concerned entities.
Oversea client enquiries and takes action accordingly.
Stays up-to-date of sector innovative news.
Handles market data analytics about competitors.
Aligns with market trend and advises for new services developments.
Monitors costs and proposes enhancements for reduction while maintaining standards of quality
Prepares ongoing sales forecasts by region.
Makes sure that invoicing, delivery order and related activities and documentation are in a precise manner.
Responsibly uses resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
Manages credit limit and ongoing status of customers and follows-up on collection to limit risk management.
Market Research/Business Expansion
Gathers and summarises key market and stays constantly updated on market trends.
Conducts necessary research to asses market changes such as competitors status, price changes, innovations and new trends, etc.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
10+ years of experience in the automotive industry in different international locations handling similar role.
Strong experience networking with potential partners and a solid understanding of the route to market in multiple locations.
Excellent strategy leadership is essential with a hands-on approach to getting tasks/goals completed.
Proven working experience in Business Development/ Sales/partner development in the automotive industry.
Knowledge and experience of Dealer Development/sales in Automotive across multiple locations globally in different continents (e.g. Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, CIS countries).
Effective time-management and communication skills.
Experience in hiring and training suitable personnel.
Fluent English both spoken and written (additional languages are advantageous).
