Job Description & Summary

Youll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.
Skills & Responsibilities required:
Supporting the People Services and HC Transformation Director
Working closely with the HC leads and their subsequent teams
Ensuring projects and tasks are on track
Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels effectively, building trust.
You must be Agile in your approach, as situations are always changing
Proven experience to multitask
Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken)
Ability to work across multiple departments and business functions promoting collaboration and teamwork.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
Is flexible and comfortable moving between competing priorities and projects
Providing regular updates to Senior leadership
Must be a highly organized and dependant individual.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Experience in a similar role is a MUST
HR background (not necessary but preferred)
