We are looking for someone passionate about building the next big thing and making a true impact in the region. As part of the core founding team, the candidate will help in laying the foundation of the company’s business and CRM analytics setup to build and track the full lively picture for our business, uphold the experience bar, provide actionable insights, formulate problems and contribute to solving them.
Develops and tests BI solutions such as queries, views, reports, data marts, semantic layers and contributes to the companys data warehouse solution by utilizing engineering best practices and various reporting tools.
Present appropriate analysis and commentary to technical and non-technical audiences and provide concrete data-driven insights.
Run regular data integrity audits and document new and existing models, solutions, and implementations.
Implement data structures using best practices in data modeling, processes, and technologies.
Use modern tools to apply required transformations, enrichments, and data derivations to improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention, and drive growth.
Act as the first point of contact to answer all business data queries.
Determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques like conduct analysis (scoring, segmentation, predictive model).
Build CRM infrastructure to automate and deliver bespoke communication pipelines for different end-to-end user journeys using marketing channels (Email, SMS, Push notification, Pop-ups).
Build analytic reporting foundation for leveraging and extending Attribution Models, Customer Lifetime Value, Cohort Analysis, Churn Analysis, RFM segmentation, Funnel Analysis, and Churn Prevention.
2+ years of demonstrated experience working in an analytical role.
2+ years of demonstrated experience with business intelligence and visualization tools creating management dashboards.
Strong analytical skills and a passion to work with large sets of data.
Passionate about learning new technologies and working on a massive scale and impact product.
Expert at writing SQL queries against large amounts of data.
Hands-on experience in a CRM software tool.
Experience working with Google Cloud ecosystem.
Basic understanding of the financial and investment ecosystems.
