We’re looking for a dedicated and visionary General Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of Nas Travels. ????
What This Job Involves
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with Nas Travels’ mission and objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering travel experiences.
Optimize processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets for Nas Travels.
Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of travel professionals.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee growth and engagement.
Customer Experience:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure Nas Travels’ compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests.
Sound like you? To apply, you need to be / have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the travel and tourism industry.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
Financial management expertise.
Passion for travel and a deep understanding of global cultures.
