General Manager – Fine Dining Full Time

About the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic General Manager to manage two concepts, a high-end fine dining restaurant and a wine bar in Dubai.

Requirements:

A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
Prior experience in fine dining , wine bar or party lounge concepts is a MUST
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
A strong sense of leadership and an excellent motivator
Experience and knowledge to understand the combination of detail, quality, and volume
Open candidates locally or overseas
Fluency in Spanish or Italian languages will be a plus.
