Global 5 star branded hotel with 370 rooms, 10 F&B outlets and large C&B operation. 350 employees
The client offers a high degree of autonomy and will have the task of improving the positioning of the hotel within the market. F&B outlets are high performing and require a focus to support and increase the level of revenue.
The candidate must have previous UAE ( Dubai) experience as a GM in a branded property of 300 rooms plus and a large F&B/ C&B operation preferably within a business/ corporate market focused city property.
You’ll know the UAE market trends and will have proven success of increasing revenue / ADR, be commercially astute with a high degree of financial acumen.
Focusing on your people will be a key priority and as such you’ll be able to demonstrate from your current / previous role high levels of Employee satisfaction/ engagement.
Attention to detail will be part of your skillset as you focus on increasing and exceeding guest satisfaction in all departments whilst driving through on brand standards.
Proven ability and success of developing your current / previous property relating to profit, people & standards is essential.
