We specialize in a variety of cargo services, including air freight, ocean freight, and ground transportation. We have a wide network of partners and carriers, allowing us to provide our customers with the most cost-effective and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide the highest level of customer service to clients and welcome everyone at PI with smile and respect.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Encourage new members to join the club and help clients with their accounts.
Attend supervisors and managers tasks and assist coaches with their requirements.
Proactive approach and common sense in making work related decisions.
Answer phone calls and handle WhatsApp requests and confirmations.
Deal with complaints.
Check in clients and direct them to their courts.
Collect payments.
Assist clients if they need anything during their game (balls, towels etc.).
Help with events and tournaments and assist clients at Padel store.
Keep front desk area clean, walk between courts and check if clients need anything and alert cleaning staff if you spot any issue.
Protect the reputation and integrity of PI.
Keep up to date with the latest PI news, updates, campaigns and events.
Deal with any first aid issues.
Key requirements:
Friendly, fun, passionate and positive can do attitude towards the job.
Proven work experience as front desk member, receptionist or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
Problem solving skills.
Strong computer and MS office knowledge.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Detail-oriented mindset, with an eye for customer satisfaction.
Ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative long-term interpersonal relationships with clients, peers, and supervisors.
Flexibility to working pattern.
Sport industry background is an advantage.
