The F&B Steward is responsible to assist in providing the below task;:
Cleans kitchen walls and floors in accordance with regular cleaning schedules.
Inspects shelving and surrounding areas and ensures these are safe and dry at all times to prevent slipping.
Cleans/Washes all cooking utensils per required standards.
Stacks washed utensils in the appropriate racks/trolleys for easier access.
Regularly inspects and cleans stacking areas to keep these neat and tidy.
After each wash, polishes equipment (e.g., chafing dish, silver trays, etc.), applying appropriate chemicals and procedures.
Ensures proper maintenance of all equipment in the area of assignment.
To wash glassware, chinaware and cutlery according to the standards set.
Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees
Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.

Experience and Skills:
Previous hotel-related experience as F&B Steward
Active listening, enthusiastic and dependable
