Job Title: Group Fitness Coach (Functional Training)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Company Overview: Vogue Fitness is a leading fitness center in the UAE, offering a range of fitness programs, focusing on delivering group functional fitness classes and personal training to help our clients achieve their fitness goals.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Functional Fitness Coach to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality functional fitness classes to our members, as well as providing one-on-one coaching and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver functional fitness classes to members in a safe and effective manner, focusing on proper technique and form
Provide individualized coaching and training sessions to members, tailored to their fitness goals and needs
Educate members on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
Monitor and track member progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their goals
Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in functional fitness, attending training and continuing education courses as needed
Collaborate with other fitness coaches and staff to provide a cohesive and comprehensive fitness experience for members

Qualifications:

Certified personal trainer or fitness coach, with additional certification in functional fitness or similar discipline
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coaching functional fitness classes and providing one-on-one training sessions
Strong knowledge of functional fitness movements and exercises, and ability to incorporate them into training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
Proficient in English, with additional language skills a plus
Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE
