About Our Client
Our client, a Multinational FMCG company is recruiting a Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai.
Job Description
Business partner effectively with the leadership team in the CIS region
Develop and implement strategic business initiatives
Monitor business performance, analyse deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Develop a strong process for credit control and manage receivables
Prepare accurate financial reports as per company policy
Manage the cash flow for the region
Perform due diligence on future investment opportunities
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
Develop and implement cost saving initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Professional proficiency in Russian and English is a MUST
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance and accounting or related; MBA is preferred
10+ years of experience, with minimum 5 years in a commercial finance function
FMCG/Pharma experience is a MUST
