Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for a rockstar Field Sales Representative for one of our partners.
Identify and target potential restaurant clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
Conduct product demos and presentations to restaurant owners and managers, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS dine-in app
Negotiate and close deals with restaurant clients, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive restaurant acquisition
Continuously gather feedback from clients to improve our product and service offerings
Participate in team meetings, provide input on sales strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth
Passion for startups and entrepreneurship, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
A valid UAE work permit is required for this role
