Client:
Leading Cyber Security Company is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to oversee the demand and lead generation plan for the Middle East and African region. This position will involve utilizing various marketing channels, including but not limited to field marketing events, sales collateral, account-based efforts, prospect targeting, and more.
Your role will focus on supporting client acquisition with the sales teams, removing barriers, and empowering output. You will provide the necessary support and expertise to help reach new customers through marketing initiatives, localized marketing and/or events, and activities that drive traffic and brand excitement.
To be considered for this position, you should have a proven track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales teams and helping them hit their quotas through custom and personalized field marketing strategies and tactics.
Your Responsibilities:
Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy.
Provide insight and geo specific requirements to broader marketing discipline teams including Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing and Campaigns and events.
Working with sales to analyze pipeline trends and define and track results of key actions to help address gaps or local initiatives.
Own and run account-based marketing campaigns with your sales teams (or collaborate with your regional Lead Management manager) and enable Sales Development Reps and Inside Sales team to accelerate new customer acquisition.
Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
Participate in strategizing, building and executing integrated campaigns that drive the achievement of the regional and overall revenue targets.
Working with Content Marketing, Brand and Sales and engage in relevant partnerships to build and support the local cybersecurity community that helps increase our brand awareness locally.
Work closely with third parties/external media partners in the European region to drive awareness and lead generation.
Assist your (regional) sales team as needed to address pipeline gaps, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs
Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams.
Support various other marketing projects as needed
Your Qualification/Requirements
Bachelors in marketing or related discipline
Arabic & English is essential
8-10+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement
Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts and campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, email marketing and implementing strategy
Proven experience in event marketing
Experience partnering with sales teams
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
Strong communication skills written and oral

You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
Confident with a dynamic and hands-on personality
