Local Unit & Position Description
DNV is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join the Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America Marketing, Communication and Public Affairs (MCP) team for Energy Systems.
The MCP Field Marketing Manager is central point of contact for Market Area Managers (MAM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) for all MCP related matters, is member of the Regional MCP team and of the Global MCP function. The candidate will build on DNVs as the credible thought leader and enabler of industry change in the energy transition. The Field Marketing Manager will have responsibility of building brand to drive demand in both established and new energy markets whilst maintaining relationships with policy makers and industry stakeholders.
You report to the MCP Business Partner of the region. In this role you will support the commercial teams in a geography and key account managers with high quality marketing services. You set the MCP priorities with the market area and key account managers upfront and measure return on marketing investment. You ensure a high-quality brand experience for customers in the region, with local flavor but in line with global quality standards in close alignment with the global MCP team.
Primary tasks of this role:
Contributes to business growth by developing and implementing lead generating marketing plans for a market and key accounts, creating an optimal customer journey.
Plans and executes marketing campaigns, including messaging, channel selection and account based, data-driven, digital and lead to revenue marketing tactics.
Sets MCP targets, optimizes execution, and reports regularly on MCP KPIs.
Tailors global brand campaigns for specific market and Key Account use.
Adopts and applies account-based marketing techniques.
Ensures quality by working within the global MCP standards, systems, and channels.
Advises and acts as Single Point of Contact for the MAM and KAMs.
Ensures needs from global BUs and ventures are included in regional plans.
Takes the lead in implementing sustainability campaigns for the region.
Ensures a consistent high quality brand experience for customers at events globally and regionally.
Collaborates with Campaign Managers or the Global MCP team for digital marketing activities.
Position Qualifications
Strong customer and market focus
A do-er and thinker
Relevant marketing education, Bachelor level or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
Experience and/or a strong desire to working in an international team
Used to connect with international stakeholders at all levels
Organizational skills to meet deadlines and time schedules
Analytical and data focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Flexibility to travel
Very familiar with the cultural differences within the region
