Our client is a Hospitality/Real Estate client that operates diverse businesses across multiple sectors in the UAE, Malaysia, Australia, Montenegro, and other locations.
They are in search of an Executive Assistant to work closely with their Vice President.
Location: Tecom, Dubai.
Transportation is not provided.
Mandatory: Driving License
Working days: Mon to Sat, 9 hours a day.
Traveling required: No
Responsibilities:
Actively support the CEO/VP and offer assistance to the executive team as needed to ensure the achievement of company goals and efficient operations.
Manage both professional and personal scheduling for the CEO/VP, including handling agendas, mail, emails, phone calls, travel arrangements, and client relations.
Organize complex scheduling and oversee the extensive management of the executive calendar, as well as the management of information flow to senior executives.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role with a direct reporting line to top-level management.
Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a non-confrontational approach.
Exhibit strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in time management and the capability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in sales administration and coordination is a plus.
