Schneider Electric is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality assistant support two Senior Global Leaders, based in our Office in Jafza, Dubai The position will manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation, coordinate diverse, multi-locations and cross-functional business management meetings, make sure the assigned tasks are accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide a variety of advanced executive assistant functions to relieve business leaders of complex details and advanced administrative duties
Set up and organize events and meetings on an ongoing basis. This would include working with vendors to get the job done
Manage business leaders schedule to ensure focus is provided to key strategies and deliverables
Develop correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, emails and external communications
Display initiative to assist in coordination of departmental responsibilities
Organize meetings / activities across multiple time zones globally and nationally
Handle confidential information with high level of ethics
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting engagements. Process travel expenses
Oversee the daily operations of (administrative support), ensuring a positive and safe environment for employees and visitors
Communicate with building management for maintenance needs
Other duties as assigned (administrative support)
Relevant experience of min 5 years on the role.
